SportNode is designed for confidential athlete feedback. We are precise about what we do — and what we do not do.
What we do not ask for
SportNode does not request your name, email address or athlete account. There is no login and no personal profile.
How your message is handled
Your message is validated on our servers and sent directly by email to the responsible Athletes Commission. SportNode does not store your message content in a database or file.
Abuse prevention
Temporary technical security data may be processed to prevent spam and abuse. This information is not included in the email sent to the commission.
Infrastructure providers
Email providers and infrastructure providers may process technical data according to their own privacy policies. Resend and the receiving email provider may retain emails according to their policies.
Protecting your anonymity
If remaining anonymous is important to you, avoid including identifying details inside your message — such as your name, club, licence number or other personal references.
